The bi-monthly Governing Body meetings are where official business is discussed and formal decisions are made about everything from policies to which health services will be commissioned. Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend these meetings.
Public questions are welcome and can either be submitted in advance, through the online form, or asked during the open questions slot at beginning of each meeting.
HMR CCG’s Engagement Lead meets members of the public directly before each Governing Body meeting to ensure they are aware of the process of the Governing Body meeting and to discuss any possible questions members of the public may have for Governing Body.
Anyone with a disability or any additional needs and requires assistance at the meeting is asked to please inform our Corporate team of their requirements in advance by emailing email@example.com .
You can choose whether to attend and ask the question yourself or whether you would prefer the question to be asked on your behalf.
We request that any one submitting questions in advance of the Governing Body meeting, does so at least 24 hours before the meeting begins. This will allow sufficient time for the question to be picked up and processed before the meeting takes place.
Unfortunately, it won’t be possible for the Governing Body to answer questions about individual circumstances or that involve confidential information. Questions of this nature can be directed to our patient advice and liaison service (PALS).
You can ask a formal question by writing to:
