NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group’s (HMR CCG) Governing Body is meeting at Rochdale Town Hall, on Friday 20th October.

The monthly Governing Body meetings are where official business is discussed and formal decisions are made.

The meeting takes place as follows:

Date: Friday 20 October 2017

Time: 10.30am-11.00am

Venue: Committee Room 1, Rochdale Town Hall

Public questions are welcome and can either be submitted in advance, through the online form on the CCG’s website or asked during the open questions slot at the beginning of each meeting. We would ask people who have questions to ask at the meeting to arrive half an hour before the meeting, at 10am, so we are able to accurately capture the question as well as contact details to ensure a full response is provided. Our engagement lead will be available to discuss any other queries.

Please report to reception on arrival at Rochdale Town Hall. It is requested that anyone submitting questions, in advance of the Governing Body meeting, does so at least 24 hours before the meeting commences. This will allow sufficient time for the question to be picked up and processed, before the meeting takes place.

Dr Chris Duffy, HMR CCG Chair and local GP said: “Governing Body meetings are a great opportunity for people to see for themselves how we plan and buy local healthcare services in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale. As part of our commitment to being open and honest and involve all stakeholders in decision making, Governing Body meetings are held in public.

If you are unable to attend, you can follow our Twitter feed for live updates during the meeting. We’ll be tweeting an overview of items being discussed and decisions made. Follow us @NHSHMR.”

The agenda and papers for the meeting will be available on the ‘About Us’ section of our website in advance of the meeting (www.hmr.nhs.uk) or you can click here to view them.
